Course Description: The purpose of this course is to demonstrate knowledge of sexual violence in the military. Efforts put forth by advocates in community-based sexual assault programs to respond to the needs of survivors and preventing sexual violence in the military are discussed.
Objectives:
- Recite the facts of sexual assault in the military
- Explain why the military culture is particularly complicated when it comes to sexual assault
- Discuss what primary prevention measures are being taken by advocates for sexual assault victims in the military

Course materials can be downloaded or read online. To receive a certificate of completion, you must complete a multiple-choice post-test with a score of 75% or better and complete a course evaluation.
