Back to Our Roots
December 13, 2016When we first opened our doors 40 years ago, AATBS was one of the first to offer licensing exam prep for mental health professionals. Over the years we’ve been privileged enough to serve more than half a million therapists, psychologists, social workers, and counselors on their way to getting licensed.
Over the years, we’ve made a lot of friends, listened and gathered feedback, celebrated those who have gotten licensed, and continue to strive to create the best programs for those who entrust us to help them achieve their goals.
Although we’ve grown since 1976, our purpose remains the same as it was when we first opened our doors: to help you succeed in your professional goals so that you in turn can help others.
You may have heard of the Big 5 Personality Traits – five psychological building blocks that form one’s personality. As a company, we’ve created our own Big 5 to create a culture of helpfulness and success.
Here are the top traits we consider necessary to represent AATBS among each other and with you, our customers!
Knowledgeable | Passionate | Open to Change | Friendly | Helpful |
